Electronic Funds Transfers
This Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure is the contract which covers both your, and our, rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic fund transfers (EFT) services offered to you by Oshkosh Truck Credit Union ("OTCU").
This Disclosure describes your ability to withdraw funds at Oshkosh Truck Credit Union. It only applies to the availability of funds in transaction accounts such as checking accounts.
Oshkosh Truck Credit Union's Online Banking System allows you to access your accounts via the internet. It is provided by OTCU to its members at no additional charge.
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.
Your Account Agreement
This Agreement contains the rules and regulations that apply to you and the Credit Union regarding your Account(s) with Oshkosh Truck Credit Union.
The Pocket Cents website is a great resource for financial education for members of all ages. It offers important lessons about the value of a dollar and allows youth to explore the different currencies from around the world using an interactive map. At Pocket Cents, kids can also discover the vital role credit unions play in their financial futures.
With useful tips, fun games, and great graphics, Pocket Cents - and now its Spanish version - are raising student awareness of credit unions and assisting kids in planning for sound financial futures.
If your card is lost or stolen, please call the applicable number below IMMEDIATELY.
For lost/stolen debit cards: (800) 523-4175
For lost/stolen credit cards: (727) 570-4881
Then call OTCU at (920) 233-2611 during regular business hours to order a replacement card. Do NOT wait until the next day or after the weekend to contact OTCU. Lost or stolen cards need to be reported just as soon as you are aware that the card is missing.
By reporting it immediately, a block will be placed on your card, stopping further transactions. If you report your missing card after business hours, we will contact you during office hours to go over recent transactions directly with you. OTCU will order a new card for you, and we can assist you with filing a transaction dispute, if necessary.
